Colby Baddour is a trial lawyer based in Pulaski, Tennessee serving clients throughout the state.
He has successfully litigated numerous, complex criminal and civil disputes in both State and Federal court.
In addition to trial work, Colby devotes a considerable amount of his practice counseling families with estate and trust issues.
Colby is admitted to practice in all Tennessee State Courts and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee. While in law school, Colby was selected by his peers to serve as Vice President of the school’s honor council, a student organization tasked with enforcing the school’s honor code.

Honors & Awards
Pulaski Board of Mayor and Aldermen: In 2008, Colby was elected to serve on the Pulaski Board of Mayor and Aldermen, and was re-elected in 2012. Colby was the youngest person ever to be elected to the city’s legislative body. Colby did not seek relection in 2016.
Giles County Bar Association: Colby served as President of the Giles County Bar Association from 2013 thru 2015.
Attorneys for Justice: Colby was honored by the Tennessee Supreme Court with the Pro Bono Service Award in 2014, 2016 and 2017.
